Pricing
You know the hourly rate in advance
We charge automation and advisory work at the hourly rates in our price list, and the quote states the number of hours.
- PLN 300Automation: per hour, excl. VATAutomations in Make.com, n8n, Google Apps Script and Python, API integrations and data flows, Monitoring and maintenance of automations
- PLN 250Consulting: per hour, excl. VATChoosing hardware and software, IT audit with recommendations, Short mentoring sessions and Q&A
- All rates exclude VAT; 23% VAT is added.
- After 6 pm, at weekends and on public holidays, we charge 200% of the listed rate.
What can a small company automate?
For example, retyping data between applications: from a website form into a spreadsheet, or from email into your company's software. We list such tasks together on a call.
What data will the AI agent have access to?
The data we agree on together in the plan. We describe the data scope for the AI agent and for each automation before rollout.
Who looks after an automation when a connected application changes?
We do. Monitoring and maintaining automations is charged at the same rate as building them.
