Current price list: consulting – PLN 250 per hour, excl. VAT.
- All rates exclude VAT; 23% VAT is added.
- After 6 pm, at weekends and on public holidays, we charge 200% of the listed rate.

How it works

You know the price of every item before we start work.
Call and audit
You tell us how the company works today. We check on site what works and what needs to change.
Plan and quote
You get a list of work in an agreed order, with a price for each item.
Implementation and handover
We work in stages, each ending with a result you can check. At the end we hand over all access.
How much does the whole IT Transformation cost?
We quote the whole project after the audit, in a plan with a price for each stage. The audit is charged at our consulting rate: PLN 250 per hour, excl. VAT.
Do we have to order every stage?
No. The nine stages are the full scope, and your company picks the ones it needs. Support, consulting and training make up the ninth and final stage.
We have a database server in the office. Will the backup cover it?
Yes. The backup covers the database on your office server, such as your accounting software's database. It goes to the cloud, and a restore test shows it can be brought back.
