Can we order just the backup, without the IT Transformation?
Yes. We also set up backup, 2FA/MFA and monitoring on their own, each with its own price.
We back up to an external drive. Is that enough?
That is one backup in one place. Under the 3-2-1 rule, data sits in the office, on a network drive (NAS) and in the cloud. A restore test also shows whether your current drive can bring the data back.
Where do the logs from our network go?
To your company's own infrastructure, not to us. We gather them, for example, in Elasticsearch and agree the details with you before rollout.
