If there are no ads or statistics
No consent banner. A site without ads or statistics does not use cookies to track visitors, so a consent banner is usually not needed.

Does a simple website need a consent banner?
Usually not, if it has no ads or visitor statistics. The banner comes with them, because the site then uses cookies.
What if we need more than three pages?
Then we build a site with more pages and charge for each extra page separately.

We do. We write it based on a conversation about your business, and you approve it before launch.
