- All rates exclude VAT; 23% VAT is added.
- After 6 pm, at weekends and on public holidays, we charge 200% of the listed rate.

Yes. We install and update Optima and Płatnik, and if something stops working after an update, we restore the previous version.
Will the backup cover the Optima database?
Yes. The database on your office server is backed up to a network drive (NAS) and to the cloud, and a restore test shows it can be brought back.
